Grand General was ready to move into a new era of B2B eCommerce. As a manufacturer and distributor with fine-tuned business practices developed over decades, they needed to be able to leverage an eCommerce platform that would allow for advanced B2B operations, and an integration layer that would support their complex back-office business rules and workflows.

Grand General now has a state-of-the-art site where customers can easily place orders. The B2B user hierarchy allows multiple buyers from their customers to interact and take actions at their appropriate level. Shipment notifications and invoices are sent in near real time from BigCommerce, even though they originate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
