By connecting Adobe Commerce with Oracle EBS via iPaaS.com, Horton enabled real-time order processing and inventory visibility for its engineered cooling products.
The Company
Founded in 1951, Horton is a global manufacturer of engineered engine cooling solutions, including fan drives, fans, and related components for on-highway and off-highway applications. Over time, the company evolved into a leading OEM supplier for major truck and equipment manufacturers, known for delivering reliable, high-performance products at scale.
Today, Horton operates across 70 countries with multiple manufacturing facilities and an extensive distributor network. As the business expanded, Horton invested in digital commerce to better serve its B2B customers—making accurate product availability, streamlined ordering, and real-time visibility into order status essential to supporting its global operations and customer expectations.

Wagento
Horton was using Adobe Commerce to modernize how their products moved through the supply chain. By putting their catalog online, and allowing their B2B clients to purchase online, they were cutting down friction and improving customer experiences. Now orders could be placed at any time of day or night, instantly.
Orders coming into Horton’s eCommerce website weren’t integrated with their ERP. This meant manual data entry for their staff, both to move orders into their fulfillment flow, and to make shipment tracking and order status updates available to Adobe Commerce.
Similarly, inventory was being managed in Oracle EBS, but wasn’t connected to the eCommerce storefront.
iPaaS.com was chosen by Wagento to manage the dataflows between Oracle EBS and Adobe Commerce. If for any reason a piece of data doesn’t align with the requirements of the client’s systems, iPaaS.com reports the data discrepancy to a private Microsoft Teams channel for real-time visibility.
Inventory and orders now flow between the systems. This has led to faster order fulfillment, and better communications with customers. Shoppers now receive automated messages quickly from Adobe Commerce as orders are fulfilled in Oracle EBS, and see up-to-date order status information when logged into their accounts in Horton’s eCommerce store.
Inventory data is now fully automated and synchronized from the Oracle ERP to the eCommerce website, ensuring customers always see the latest product availability online.
Customers can place orders directly on the eCommerce website, with order data automatically synced to the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP in near real time. Any updates made in the ERP, such as order status and shipping details are instantly reflected on the eCommerce site, providing customers with real-time order updates.
This integration helps Horton maintain data accuracy across both their eCommerce website and their ERP system, reducing manual effort and operational costs, and ensuring customers receive timely, real-time information.
The team at Wagento recommended iPaaS.com while scoping this project with the Horton team. They then implemented the iPaaS.com account for Horton, including the setup and testing of the inventory, order, and shipping data flows. Wagento worked closely with the iPaas.com team to deliver a fully automated Magento ⇋ Oracle EBS integration, enabling the consistent exchange of order and fulfillment data between these systems. This solution improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, and real-time order tracking for Horton.
Let’s build your integration strategy without the guesswork.
