At iPaaS.com, an integration refers to any API connection subscribed to via our Marketplace, such as flow data with eCommerce platforms like Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or ShopifyPlus. Each of these connections generally constitutes a single integration.

Yes, a single subscription covers connections to multiple stores or operations if they are managed under one API key, such as a BigCommerce multi-storefront setup. This is counted as one integration.

However, separate eCommerce websites, each requiring unique API credentials, are counted as individual integrations:

Single API Connection: Manages multiple stores under one account and counts as one integration.

Separate API Connections: Each unique connection counts as one integration per site.

No additional charges apply. When an integration supports various data models—such as Customer, Transaction, and Product Data—all are included under the single subscription fee without extra charges for different data types.

While most integrations available in our Marketplace are free, some developed by our Integrator Partners may include a monthly fee. These fees are viewable in our marketplace.  We highly recommend engaging with a Managed Integration Service Provider (MiSP) for comprehensive services, including integration planning, implementation, testing, and ongoing support. Although our platform is user-friendly, partnering with a MiSP ensures optimal configuration and utilization of iPaaS.com. You can find a list of MiSPs here.

The Elite plan is designed for scenarios that demand a dedicated deployment of iPaaS.com. This includes handling unique compliance requirements or complex data transfer needs that standard webhook integrations cannot accommodate.
